Interstate 95-Benson to Eastover, NC
From 2018 to 2020 our firm appraised approximately 550 parcels along a 21-mile section of I-95 from Benson to Fayetteville, North Carolina.
The purpose of the project was to widen I-95 from 2 lanes to 4 lanes, and update a number of outdated interchanges. Property types included your typical interstate interchanges uses such as fast food restaurants, limited service hotels, truck stops and convenience stores.

I-540
From 2019 to 2020 our firm appraised approximately 275 parcels that composed one leg of the new I-540 toll road that extended from its intersection with I-40 to Holly Springs, North Carolina.
The purpose of the project was to help complete the I-540 toll road/loop project to serve the Raleigh Metro Area. Property types included residential subdivisions, single family homes, farmland, commercial and light industrial uses.

Purple Line/Washington DC Metro
From 2014 to 2015 our firm appraised approximately 250 parcels for the expansion of the Washington DC Metro System.
The purpose of the project was to add a new commuter line that connected Silver Spring and Bethesda to the existing metro line. Property types included a wide range of uses from single family homes to high rise mixed use residential/commercial buildings.

From 2019 to 2020, our firm provided appraisal review services for the Florida Turnpike Enterprise and its Polk County Parkway Project.
Property types included single-family homes, vacant residential and commercial sites as well as commercial uses.
